Yep, I'm pretty far out there in my musical tastes but happened across this group, from Mongolia of all places, and they kick butt.  At least I think so.  Very odd blend of instruments, throat singing and rock.

It's pretty interesting reading their bio.  All well educated musicians and they just published their first album.

YouTube pushed them quite a bit a couple months ago. Along with other throat singing bands. I do like the idea.

It’s ironic this was brought up as a coworker told me about them a few days ago for the first time. I’m a fan. They are actually doing a US tour. I heard they will be in Milwaukee at the Rave in April sometime.

Listened to their first and only album on spotify.  Their sound may get old after a while but for now, I like it.
