When I was first trained by IBM for a computer service position, they played a John Cleese video "Who sold you that, then?"

It was effing hilarious!
Service tech goes to an elderly ladies home with a brand new stereo
She says "It's making a noise"
He says "Is it a kind of screeching, or whining, or thumping or howling noise"
She says..... He says "Yes, this model does that, it's normal"

He says "Well, they discontinued that one, kept breaking down"
