Ever feel like this when you're shopping for something and haven't been in the market for a while? I was told my two year old mobile phone was "a museum piece"!
A sketch from the UK series "Not the 9 O'Clock News":
When I was first trained by IBM for a computer service position, they played a John Cleese video "Who sold you that, then?"
Apparently, only available now for $$ from training vids companies.
It was effing hilarious!
Service tech goes to an elderly ladies home with a brand new stereo
She says "It's making a noise"
He says "Is it a kind of screeching, or whining, or thumping or howling noise"
She says..... He says "Yes, this model does that, it's normal"
Service tech goes to an elderly ladies home with a brand new stereo
She says "It's a brand new Super XL model"
He says "Well, they discontinued that one, kept breaking down"
You can imagine the rest of the gags....
But Chahly - Stahkist don't want speakers that look good, Stahkist wants speakers that sound good!

Here's another one from the same show, 40 years old but still funny.
Hope you enjoy it!
