FX Audio DAC-X6
Nice little DAC with USB/Optical/Coaxial in and stereo out plus an acceptable headphone amp built in. I used this in conjunction with this:

It is currently listed for $65 on Amazon, this one is in like-new condition and I will sell it for $40 shipped to the lower 48.
