Nice little DAC with USB/Optical/Coaxial in and stereo out plus an acceptable headphone amp built in. I used this in conjunction with this:

in my home bar to get signal to the powered monitors I was using.

It is currently listed for $65 on Amazon, this one is in like-new condition and I will sell it for $40 shipped to the lower 48.

If someone wants both pieces, I will cut a deal - lets say $95 shipped to the lower 48 for the set.
