I booked my room and they only have a few left. Actually, what I was told ONLY our blocked off rooms are left! Which means, only 7! And you will have to call. On line shows they are booked. You must also tell them you are with the DIY speaker group

Ben is checking as there seems to be some discrepancy. Online says booked. There is also a new Holiday Inn Express close. I stayed there recently and it is really nice

No worries, the coordinator said there were only 2 bookings that whole weekend when they put our rooms into the group rate. Something is definitely amiss with the people or the system involved. I'll update more as I learn it.

It is supposed to be 8 rooms per night for our group rate, 4 king at $115 or 4 dual queen at $124, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Reserve prior 3/26/24.

I think I'm gonna have to miss this year, guys. We're getting hot & heavy into house hunting, and with luck, things will be occurring about then. And heaven knows, I may be purchasing a refrigerator or something stupid.
