So my monoprice 108320 IEM still work after 3 years but the cable is all mangled and started to break. So a replacement was in order.
Looking around in Head-fi found:
http://theheadphonelist.com/headphone-list/And the HiFiMan RE-400 Waterline looked like a good buy at $79 so when I saw them at $49 (January...) decided to get a pair.
I did not want to pay $6 shipping to Mexico, so shipped them to a friend's house in NC and a lot of things went wrong and I received them today after just 3 and a half months
They seem to be well made, the double ridge tips isolate really good but give a weird feeling and need to be twisted while extracting or you will feel the vacuum/suction in your ear drums.
In the office I use Foobar with ASIO4All and a dragonfly DAC, so far I'm enjoying them (just a couple of tunes so far...).
