I am building these first as part of the decorations for an 80s themed party. We will just use multicolored paper for the squares. After that, they will become 5cu ft net, down firing subs. Drivers haven't been picked yet, though I have talked with Eminence about a custom Lab15 before...
Corners and top are mitered. No screws just brads and glue. Bracing will be added once I know which sub and ports. Down firing and I am thinking about a 2part epoxy top.
