MSRP is $979.99!! A little more displacement than two good 18's, hopefully in a much smaller box. Still wouldn't wanna have to lug it up a flight of stairs.

Yeah, these were announced a month or so ago in Vegas. They really stepped up the game! Now to see that motor on a 15 or 12!

I've always wondered about the PRV stuff.  It's at a good price point, but I've only really seen pictures of them in mobile installs like show vans and what not.  Anyone seen them used for general DIY projects?

The 5MR450-NDY has a huge following over on the full-range DIYaudio spot. PRV was formed when JBL bought Selenium, and some of the engineers from Selenium left and formed/started PRV.

Some of the PRV stuff "looks good", but so does the Faital Pro stuff, and they [Faital] were out-classed by their competition within my testing, mainly in harmonic distortion testing.
