GRS Subwoofers

A few days ago I build some cabinets for the 8SW-4’s finally. Has anybody tried these in here? I searched and only found woofers from grs. Haven’t done any measuring yet, but my first impression was (WTF) for $52 for 4 of them.

    The GRS subwoofer line is decent, and when you consider the cost, a great value.  Thay seem to have cut cost in all the right places.

    Yeah, definitely a good bang-for-the-buck driver. I measured four of the 8" and six of the 10" and found them to be remarkable close to advertised. Two of each were purchased a year after the others, which indicates PE is doing their job monitoring QC. 

    The 10" is especially interesting, given how it models in a ported enclosure with low pass filters applied.
