Rat Shack College Coffee Table Sub

Ran across a couple pics of this 10 cu ft coffee table sub I made and used in my college apartment. I used those 18" Radio Shack subs that had a Vas of 41 cu ft or something like that. Qts and Fs were really low too as I recall so they needed a huge box and only got down to about 35Hz ported, but they were so fucking loud! We ran them with a pair of Minimus 7s before people knew about sub/sat systems. We'd shake the whole floor and people would come to our room to see what was happening and all they'd see were the baby satellites. As a speaker nerd, I couldn't have been any more titillated. Likewise, this is the only place anyone could appreciate my titillation. Check that parkay top yo.
