Submitted my review.  Since debuting my Rival project at DIY Iowa in 2018, I added about a 40 ohm resistor across the tweeter, which settled down the undamped resonance of the Seas T25CF001 and dropped the level just a hair across the board.  This speaker is now singing the way I hoped it would.
