Have any of you used the HiVi RT2CA Ribbon tweeter ? Its on sale now over at solen for $29.60 US dollars . The list price looked to be about $143.00 US dollars . Seems like a pretty good deal . I think I will get a pair .

Not sure how these are technically, but heard them in a design by an AWOL DIY-er Bill Schuard. Good guy. They were paired with an 7" accuton of all things. The HIVI was no slouch. Good planar/ribbon.

Thanks for the heads up MZ , I thing there was another user on the PE forum that used them also but paired with a different woofer

Big fishe used them with dual l6 woofers, crossover by Ben wolf. That sounded pretty good

I used its little brother the RT1C and really liked it.  The 2CA is HUGE!  PE sells them for $79 each so Slen's sale is great.
