Canadian legend Gordon Lightfoot has died at the age of 84, his family confirmed on Monday.

Oh man, that sucks. The “Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald” - just epic. And so many others. I’m bummed.
He had a unique and very recognizable voice.

I thoroughly loved his music and his lead guitar player just made the band sound perfect.
He will be missed.
RIP. Back in the early 70's, we used to play this track over and over and over again on my new pair of Large Advent loudspeakers. The Advents could easily hit the low note on bass guitar, I think it was about 40Hz or so.
