It's flat Brad and made of plastic if that matters.

FS is listed as 1800 but the graph shows about 1400.

Pretty broad hump ~1.5-4k. I'd guess most of that might tune out with a gentler slope on the crossover.

Can’t say for sure if it is flat but sure looks like it. It is an old design, but I use the version with the bulged face plate, the d27tg-45-06 and it is one of my favorite sounding tweeters. Not that my opinion may match others but seemed like a good time to share it lol.
