Just watched this in my OSHA class. Good stuff. I have a lot of employees with minimal English - this looks to be an effective teaching tool.

    I've suspended several employees for not wearing PPE, and fired one maintenance tech for not following lockout/tagout and another for disregarding "Hot Work" procedure.  Everyone should go home safe and sound.

    I do have to admit that I hate wearing ear plugs in our "not loud" areas, but we have a plant wide policy so as an example I never leave my office without them in.
