It's in the 50's here at 6am, strange weather indeed.
When I woke up at 2:00AM yesterday it was 53 degrees. I went back to bed and woke up at 7:00AM and it was 39 degrees. Rained almost all day. Supposed to snow today. Go figure.

Merry Christmas! Currently 47F in SE Wisconsin, supposed to get up to 50F this afternoon. No snow. Grass is still green. I almost want to go out and mow the lawn again, but I put my lawnmower in cold storage several weeks ago.
53 F and drizzle here right now. Supposed to hit 57 F and rain this afternoon. My kids wanted snow

As a fellow Melbourne (Oz) resident I can confirm the weather was pretty strange for summer: very heavy rain and flash floods in some areas.
However, that sort of day probably fitted our traditional Xmas menu of roasts, puddings, cake etc than the usual 25-30C. Our family lunch lasted six hours!
