I picked up a pair along with those seas buy out today. Looks like they were used in a 5.1 kit in a mtm config. Made is usa , backside of them looks to be a non plastic material , metalish.18 bucks a pair is cheap enough. Maybe a super tweeter?

Looks like a nice driver for 4.5k and up, but suffering some QA issues. But at 9$, who can complain if you have to discard a couple. Thanks for sharing!
