I 
do believe the "unearthed" stuff has been used , looking at a pair of tweeter face plate screw holes might confirm this . I also purchased a pair of peerless 8 inch aluminums that has tape with scribbles on it and also on the underside of the cone directly with a sharpie. I haven't measured anything yet as wt3 doesn't want to cooperate.Granted, they do not claim new .Am I pms'ing?included cat tax

My four 10 inch Vifa NE all showed signs of being repackaged, but dont think they were mounted.
