OT - roof repairs suck!

Had a medium sized tree limb come down on our power line from the utility pole to our house.  I took care of that right away but notice this week during a heavy rain that I now have a roof leak where the power line guide wire attached to the roof.  Luckily the leak is over the garage and didnt ruin any ceiling or stuff inside our house.  Just got off the roof... man I hate being so high up and the sun on a black shingled roof is brutal!  How guys do that for a living baffles me.

I helped put the metal roof on my parents' first house. Let's just say I didn't have any skin left on my hands after that and almost got pulled off the roof by a slight breeze a few times.

My uncle did roofing until about 50. He had the tar kettles and stuff. He stayed in good shape that way lol. He had high turnaround in employees though.
