New wood store
in DIY
Found a new wood store in Grafton Il. We bought Ambrosia maple for $18 and piece of Walnut for $5. I can get two 8.5" x 12" baffles out of the Walnut.

Looks like you may have enough Ambrosia maple on hand to do the sides and tops as well, depending on how deep you make the enclosure. Looks like one of the Walnut baffles will have an interesting knot feature as well. Nice find!
So Ambrosia Maple is from a maple tree infected by a bug? Very organic I suppose
For the Ambrosia I was thinking the top and front baffle of a small driver MTM. Yes a bug makes those streaks. Not sure how deep they are but a 1/2" round over might be very cool.
