Green one is the one with the big initial bump.
Yellow one (that measures a bit better), matches the impedance curve in the datasheet better.
Asked PE if they sell replacement tweeters, no, but they can replace the whole thing if I have a purchase order and they are still under warranty...
I'll likely purchase 1 and hope for the best.

Green is stock, yellow 1 shim, orange 2 shims.
With 2 shims it was visibly proud of the cone.

I have not had a chance to re-measure for the passive XO, but this is how the current active measures in my home office:

Pushing the XO in the tiny box was a PITA.
I guess they could be worse.
