What happens to the speakers in the back when you open the garage door?
The ones hanging on the door get their grills put on and are sold. The subs eventually will go beside the doors.
I have another big door we can use if we need.

I've seen bar bands with smaller PA mains than that.
I googled MTM 15’s for some inspiration or ideas, and I didn’t find anything. So I must be the only dumbass trying this. I’m gonna get the other one put together today. Hopefully that adds to the bottom end a little bit.
No, you're one of the only smart ones! Most budget types are WWT with no roll-off on the bottom woofer. JTR is one of the few who have embraced the MTM format.
I think i heard the JTR at Axpona a few years back and was not really impressed.
What I like about yours is the closer CTC. I've only seen a TAD setup that was similar, but it may be a DIY set.
These things don’t do to bad for some entry level speakers. If you twist the volume knob enough they can shake pant legs😁. Here what I ended up with. I’ll be fine tuning upper midrange yet, but pretty much done.
Pretty simple x-over with a shunt notch on the horn that really helped flatten the FR.
The top graph is Omni measurement.
I’ll make some grills that go around the edge and coat them in black raptor coating.

No doubt! And these will most likely sound way better than the JBL JRX stuff I've seen way too often.

If I EQ the bottom in the little bit, these things seem to jam. I wonder if this could be a good simulation of adding more BSC.?

Yes ^.
Yep
Absolutely
BSC added. I still have a few small phase issues but I’ll fix those as I listen.

You better put that cap back in the jet before takeoff...

Do we get to hear these in October?
Brad, I am off work on the 3rd - I can stop out and give them a listen. I need to chat about some cabinet work, anyways.
I'd like to place a request, Iron Maiden : Aces High
