Here's my concept for the Indy challenge. I'm thinking 2 Hivi M8a's compound loaded, , double chamber with passive radiator in the main chamber and vented 2nd chamber, and a ESS AMT. I don't know if this will come together correctly, but when has that ever stopped me, or even slowed me up.

Fun! I like the idea of using passive radiators to kill at least one port resonance.
I haven't measured it yet, but I'll post it as soon as I do.

Wow that’s pretty sweet. How do you model a complex alignment like that?
I've started throwing together some test cabinets using nothing but scraps laying around my shop area. MDF is not necessarily perfectly straight. It's got a bow of a few thousandths that you may not notice with the naked eye, but when finishing it will make life just a bit more miserable.
A quick fix with a spreader.
Like I said, scraps.
I use the online calculator from micka.de for the multi chamber reflex design, and as far as the xover, it's no different than any other design. At this point I'm not certain whether I'll use the Heil open or enclose the back to some degree.

Made the isobaric tunnels.
Do you use 5 minute epoxy to bond to those sewer pipes? I have found that epoxy works really well with the PVC conduit I often use for ports.
I used West Systems epoxy. I keep the resin and both fast and slow hardeners on hand.

So here was my dumbass move of the weekend. I glued in the back rails before gluing in the tunnels.

That looks very similar to what I measured for my two Heils.
Nick, how did you make the angled hole for the inner port tube? I'm guessing angle jig on the drill press and a Forstner bit?
That's pretty much how I did it Tom, but I didn't build a jig because this was a one off situation. I just clamped two blocks to the drill press and cut the holes on the same side of divider since the ports are internal and not visible, they didn't need to be mirror image. Quick and easy.
