The CSS tweeters from Bill showed up today so I can continue on as planned. I might be able to take some preliminary measurements this Saturday.
I was able to take all my measurements for this project this past weekend. Very good on and off axis responses and very low distortion. Here are the LD22 tweeter and W3 mids on and off axis (0, 15, 30, 45, and 60 degs).
LD22:

Distortion measurements at 46.75"
RS270P-4:
Gonna cross them about 300 & 3k. Ish?
First pass in simulations was 450 and 3k. Looks really good so far.
My designs are never that smooth. Those should be great to work with.
I think the large (2.5" radius) round overs are a big help.
