I was ask to make “cheaper” hanging speaker for a few people. Guess my cheap shelving material will be getting used. I have plenty of drivers to use. I cnc the sides and the front and table saw the rest.
These? It takes some time going through 100 of them and I had to wait for labels but they should be on the website on Monday or Tuesday. Just finishing up measurements.
Probably need to settle upon a few drop-in hole mounting diameter flat faceplate tweeters and call it good for those selected - all others need an adapter made by the user.
Seems like 90 ~ 99mm mounting circle covers a lot of tweeters.
Suggestions:
Seas 27TDFC - 92mm mounting circle
SEAS Prestige 27TDC - 92mm mounting circle
SEAS Prestige 27TFFC - 92mm mounting circle
SEAS Prestige 25TFFC - 92 mm mounting circle - nice rising response, too
RST28F-4 - 90mm mounting circle - little filing w/ rat-tail file will fit the above mounting circles

3d printer?
Takes too long, good for prototype, not for production.
I may make a two-part, mold and try to squeeze these out of Alumalite or a fiberglass slurry.
A carbon fiber one would look bitchin!

I should really find a way to mass produce my bubble gum
You're holding out on us with those damn tweeters (5 posts upthread) and CEOS-6's but the bubble gum isn't really my color, buddy.

Thanks for the update, Sir!
Any expectations on the CEOS-6's or are those an in-house only product? (I'd love to have a pair or two if they work well for me).
Finding the right size tweeters forum is what I’m having a problem with on the ceos6

## Maybe make the bolt mounting on the CEOS-x flange hole a **slot to accept different hole spacing circle diameters???**
This is a 90 mm mounting diameter. The tweeters need to be a much smaller form factor like an LD 22 or a DX 20 something like that. For the ceos6.
No more bubblegum color.
