Craig tried a few new things on this design. Double chamber reflex with a passive radiator & 2nd order slopes. The low end response was quite surprising for a 6" woofer. A few of us heard the ceiling tiles rattle a bit at one point.
Stands courtesy of Scott.
If you ask Brad, he’ll say these are made from a bunch of cheap scraps of wood he had laying around, some bodywork materials and some paint. He’s incredibly modest regarding his ability to design amazing beautiful speakers.
Another Iowa DIY under the belt. Thanks for all the kind words and interest in the Subterfuges. For those of you who are interested in my demo music you can find the wav file and track list on my Google drive. I'd encourage everyone that had their own demo music to share what they have. I'm sure our friends who couldn't make it this year would love to hear your tracks.
THX JR and guys for putting together another great event !
Always good hangin with this group- lots of great sound and builds, and conversations - many ‘high bars’ to learn from and so many new ideas to think about for the next build.

JR used some imported drivers to build this 3-way. Brad (Jule Fidelity) will be selling the woofers on his site.
Scott designed these with a 10” Eminence coax.
Thanks for all the pics, Tom! It is almost like being there in person. Lots of interesting looking designs. Keep them coming!
John hooking up his isobaric RS225p design. Marvin noted the color coordination with his shirt.
You were right - It's so easy with the iPhone. Shoot and post immediately to the forum!
I brought one of my mirrorless cameras but left it in my room.
David also has an isobaric design using RS-225s.
Unique design by Clay! Pictures don’t do the transmission line cabinets justice.
Kelly brought a 3-way active Linkwitz design.
Ron pushing the boundaries again - using a Dayton subwoofer driver with an AMT.
Clay's stuff is always eggceptional, and very unique.
Miss you guys....

Mike, a friend of Dave Ellis, brought the 3rd Dennis Murphy design.
Curt used an SB 8” woofer and the Morel mid/tweeter combo.
The drivers Brad used in this stand mount speaker are for sale on his site.
David brought a design using a Peerless XT in a Visaton waveguide.
Matt brought his floorstander that uses a 4” Tang Band with a Goldwood woofer.
Nick (uglywoofer) awes us again with his craftsmanship - then the music started!

Curt & Jim are at it again. And they were smart enough to bring a cart to move them into position!

Time for some tube gear.
The tweeter was an open back GRS BG clone.
