At least around here (northern IL) pork butts and pork ribs are really affordable in my opinion. I'd smoke way more of them but I hate the process of removing the membrane off the backside of the ribs. Smoking a 8 pound butt we have sandwich meat for many meals and the whole family loves it. Win win.
Hey all! Looking for a X-mas present for my father in law. Born in ‘38, and raised in the Dearborn/Detroit area, Polish.
So, I’m Looking for a legit kielbasa - he now lives in Nor Cal, so would have to be mail order and shipped. He LOVES a good kielbasa. Any suggestions?

I’m not a huge rib fan but for around $6 each I’ll try them again.
